Chestnut Publishing gets a new look
Chestnut Publishing, needed a new landing page that would provide information to their customers, about current books and publishers. The old home page showed a list of newest books but caused the visitors to the website to lose interest after reading through the first few due to the length of the list
Utilizing design strategy to create a new page that provided the same information in a more user friendly manner was a huge success in the focus groups. The group was able to tell more about what type of books, and book names after viewing the new landing page.
Also the new page was created using CSS opposed to traditional tables, making it easier to update or change styling characteristics, this page was also optimized for search engines.
I am also working with Chestnut Publishing on creating a new order form, to allow customers to easily submit orders online.
