Sorry for the lack of posting I am working on a few projects right now that have eating up my time which is always good.
I did get my Xbox back yesterday and everything is working great, and I was given a complimentary month of Xbox live and a Xbox universal remote. I also got my money back from bell for the receiver charge i have been paying so this is a good week.
I decided I’m going to start also posting some pictures, just so that there is some nice visual elements on my blog =). If you like them great if not let me know and I’ll stop posting them, I just thought it would be something extra, as finding relevant information on my blog is pretty quick if your looking for specific topics.

Well I got my xbox after a full month yesterday, with a note saying they sent me a new machine. I turn it on and get no response from my controllers, I call up support and run through everything with them. With both a wireless and a Wired controller got no response so I am informed it has to be sent back.
I am getting the Universal Remote for free but my response was Give me a working XBOX 360 so it looks like it will be another 10 – 15 business days untill I get it and hopefully it will work this time.

Ever wonder what people are looking at on your website, or how many people are seeing your special meatloaf reciepe?
Well you need an analytics system to gather this kind of information, most likely your web hosting company provides you with how many users are visiting your website. 1and1.com my webhost provides basic data so I can see how many visitors have found my different websites, but for me this doesn’t really give me the detail of what type of content visitors are looking for.
The solution for me is Google Analytic’s this not a new tool but a must have for anyone wanting to keep uptodate on the performance of thier website. I have used this since early 2006 and it’s very beneficial. Setting up is easy navigate over to Google Analytics sing up and get your javascript code, this gets added to every page on you website and it starts collecting data and the best part is it’s free. Now you may not have the skill set to add this so you can hire any web designer/developer to add this your website for a very low cost, (most likley $50 for most websites out there).
You will be well on your way to seeing all kinds of information such as what pages are popular, where your visitors are from and what keywords on google led them to your website. Here is a small sample report from Calais Events which just recently went online.

If you want your website to have Google Analytics contact me today and I will help you get it up and running for $50 for most websites out there (if you have thousands of static html pages this might not cover it
