Well I am a huge fan of my Xbox 360 i’m growing impatient. They have had my Xbox since i had the freezing and red lights issue for 17 business days, and they still have not fixed it or given me an update. The last email notification was on Jan 27th saying they received it and it will be 5 – 10 business days.

However I have my shipping tracking that says they received it on the 14th. I’ve grown very annoyed and I will be giving them a phone call tonight to get an update on my 360.
