Light Box for your Website

Sunday, March 8th, 2009

I am now offering to setup Light Box on people’s websites. Light Box is a great way to show off your images and allow users to see a larger version that looks both clean and professional.

On The MX Way project that I recently finished working on www.themxway.com. They were looking for a way to have images zoom up to a larger size while, on a static website. After looking around at a few options light box was the best solution for the job and the great thing about this tool is it’s widely incorporated into dynamic systems such as wordpress but also can be used on static HTML websites. So if your looking for a great way to show off images on your website this might be the option for you.

Here some picture examples click on them to see light box in action.

Helping Hand Web Design – Updates

Monday, March 2nd, 2009

It’s been awhile since I have wrote a post on my Helping Hand Web Design service, however not because I haven’t still been helping out when I can.

I recently delivered a cms based website for St. Anne’s as the static html website wasn’t really working for their organization (www.stannecalais.com). I have also been doing updates for AIDS Saint John as requests come in (www.aidssaintjohn.com), such as content updates, adding google maps etc. I also have just completed an update for The Elizabeth Fry Society of Saint John, adding a global footer navigation along with adding their Rebels with a Cause campaign, for more details visit their website at www.efrysj.com.

If you are a non-profit organization or you know of one that could use help with getting a great website drop me a line and as time permits I will continue to work with different organizations to help them get a great online presence. The only time my Zero Campaign is not in effect is when I am very busy with other work and the organization needs to be on a higher priority level.
