My name is George Matthews, I am a freelance designer located in Saint John New Brunswick.
Here is a little bit of my history :
I graduated from a multi-media Graphic Design Course in 2002. I left school 2 months early as I was hired by a prestigious Information Technology Company which I am still a full time employee. In early 2004 I decided to start doing some freelance web design to begin honing my skills in an area that I was very interested in. The first couple of websites were not impressive but luckily it was for friends and family. Since then I was able to achieve the Flash MX designer certification and deliver websites for a lot of small-medium sized businesses. Of course the quality of my work has improved dramatically and the services I offer has increased as well.
A few years later and I have a very distinguished portfolio, with clients ranging from major hotels - to mom and pop shops. I do my best to keep my rates affordable and deliver the maximum number of solutions for all of my clients needs. I was also able to start another program called Helping Hand Web Design where I donate a certain amount of time to each year to bring non-profit organizations online with professionally designed websites at no cost to them.
